Verónica de la Fuente is a leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant with a passion for intercultural and DEI matters. With over 20 years of experience, she helps leaders and teams create long-lasting, cross-cultural relationships that benefit both their organisations and businesses. Verónica’s leadership style is characterised by clarity of vision and a genuine care for people, enabling her team members to develop and thrive. She excels in balancing task focus with people care, creating environments where individuals feel supported and challenged to grow.
Verónica’s professional career began in finance, where she worked for more than 15 years in companies and banks before transitioning into intercultural and DEI consulting. Her extensive international experience includes 11 years in Brazil, where she worked with multinational companies across America, Europe, and Asia. As a consultant and coach, Verónica supports organisations in building DEI cultures by designing vision, strategy, and initiatives, with a focus on leadership development and female talent advancement.
Verónica has designed and delivered various training and coaching programmes on intercultural awareness, DEI, and career development, particularly for women in leadership. Since becoming a coach in 2009, she has supported managers, leaders, and teams globally to enhance their leadership competencies and align their careers with their professional and personal purpose.
Verónica holds certifications in DISC, the Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Benchmark (GDEIB), and Organizational Relationship System Coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF and the co-author of the book Cultural Intelligence in the Service of Coaches. Verónica delivers her services in Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese.
