At LSP Leadership Ltd we are committed to promoting ethical business practices and ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place within our operations or supply chains.
Although we are not legally required to publish a Modern Slavery Statement under the UK's Modern Slavery Act 2015 due to our size and turnover being below the £36 million threshold, we believe that addressing these critical issues is a fundamental part of our responsibility as a conscientious and purpose-driven organisation.

1.1 - This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 part 6of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that LSP Leadership Limited has taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains or in any part of our business
1.2 - Modern slavery is a crime resulting in an abhorrent abuse of human rights. It is constituted in the Modern Slavery Act 2015 by the offences of ‘slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour’ and ‘human trafficking’.
LSP Leadership Limited is a 22 year old global leadership development and coaching practice founded on the belief that leaders make the difference. Our core competencies are working live with leaders to solve real organisational challenges through executive and team coaching, coaching training for all levels, coaching supervision and leadership development. LSP’s purpose is to accelerate the leadership that enables the transformation. Through our mission and goals we believe LSP Leadership is aligned to partner leaders who set the tone for how consistently excellent is delivered for customers, clients and colleagues.
3.1 Employment of Staff
3.1.1 The Company mitigates the risk of modern slavery occurring in its workforce by safeguarding directly employed staff by following a vigorous Human Resources recruitment policies and processes.
3.1.2 Temporary staff are recruited through verified sources that have provided assurance, via the procurement process undertaken, that they comply with the requirements of legislation concerning the rights and welfare of their candidates and employees.
3.2 Procurement
3.2.1 The Company’s procurement is led by the Group CEO who is responsible for managing the supply chain.
3.2.2 The Company has identified the key areas which may pose a risk of slavery and human trafficking. These include IT, venue hire, agency labour and contractors.
3.2.3 Supplier adherence steps have been taken to assess and manage these risks as The Company has zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. Any current or potential supplier who does not adhere to our values or is found to not be compliant will be suspended or removed from the supplier list, and will not be considered for future supply unless they can fully demonstrate full adherence with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act and The Company’s own policies and procedures.
The Company is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chains. This Statement affirms its intention to act ethically in our business relationships.
The following policies set down our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations:
4.1 Whistleblowing Policy - the Company encourages all its workers, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to its direct activities or its supply chains.
4.2 Employee Code of Conduct - The Code of Conduct sets down the actions and behaviour expected of employees when representing the Company.
4.3 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy - The Company’s CSR policy summarises how we manage our environmental impacts and how we work responsibly with suppliers and local communities.
To ensure a high level of understanding regarding the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, the Company provides training for relevant staff.
6.1 The Company is committed to work towards greater transparency and responsibility within and for the people working within its supply chains.
6.2 The Company encourages whistleblowing to identify breaches of policy and contractual provisions and ensures that potential whistle blowers are protected.
6.3 The Business continues to raise awareness around Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking.
