Tony Wang is an experienced leadership and team development coach with over 16 years of experience working in multinational companies. As a former Business Unit Head in China, Tony has a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and business operations, combined with a passion for developing people and teams. His expertise spans leadership development, personal growth, and business performance, and he has accumulated over 2,500 hours of coaching.

Since 2013, Tony has been following his passion for coaching, focusing on career transitions, team development, and personal transformation. He has designed and facilitated global leadership programs and delivered workshops for multinational clients such as Siemens, Gucci, Chanel, ZF, Magna, and AstraZeneca. His coaching is rooted in his core values of authenticity, kindness, and continuous learning.​
