Tina Huang is a highly experienced leadership coach and consultant with over a decade of expertise in leadership development and executive coaching. She has accumulated more than 2,500 coaching hours, partnering with leaders across Greater China and the Asia Pacific region to achieve inside-out breakthroughs and authentic behavioural change. Tina’s coaching style is compassionate and empowering, helping clients see their blind spots, leverage their strengths, and step out of their comfort zones to achieve meaningful results.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation since 2010 and a certified Coach Mentor since 2014, Tina creates safe spaces and trust-filled partnerships with her clients. Her approach combines love, empathy, and direct communication, offering supportive challenges to expand clients’ perspectives. She helps leaders develop impactful actions that align with their goals, fostering both personal and professional growth.
Tina’s professional background includes working in the Human Capital Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Taipei, where she designed and delivered coaching leadership programmes for managers and partners. She also served as a project manager in the International Human Resource Development Department of the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) in Taiwan, where she led leadership training programmes for officials and scholars from developing countries worldwide.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, Tina supports organisations in building coaching cultures that drive sustainable growth. She is in the process of obtaining her Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation and certification as a Coach Supervisor, further demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional development.
