Sue Gammons is an experienced leadership coach and consultant with a passion for helping leaders and teams shift mindsets, unlock potential, and enhance leadership capabilities. Her work is grounded in systemic thinking and a relational approach, drawing from her training in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Organisational Development, and Systemic Team Coaching. Sue’s coaching is a mix of compassion, curiosity, and challenge, creating transformative experiences for her clients.
Sue has over 20 years of leadership experience and more than 10 years as a leadership coach. She previously served as Coaching Director at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), where she led award-winning global leadership development programmes, including initiatives to support women and ethnically diverse talent. Sue also played a pivotal role in embedding a coaching culture at GSK by training and managing internal coaches. Her career in the pharmaceutical industry provided her with deep insights into working with global teams and navigating complex, fast-paced environments.
Sue’s expertise includes developmental coaching, leadership for diverse talent, career transitions, supporting major change initiatives, and creating coaching cultures. She has coached leaders at all levels, from first-line managers to C-suite executives, across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, law, finance, and education.
Sue holds a BSc in Biomedical Science, an MSc in Organisational Development (Gestalt Approach), and a Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselling. She is an EMCC Accredited Executive Coach at Senior Practitioner level, an APECS Accredited Master Executive Coach, and a certified practitioner in multiple leadership development frameworks, including Emotional Intelligence and Core Strengths®.
