Throughout his career, Stuart has held senior international leadership positions in Europe and Asia, including living and working in Japan for several years. His deep experience in leading teams through significant change and across cultural boundaries gives him a unique perspective on leadership and performance. He led the creation of a successful coaching culture while serving as CFO at Foster’s, which doubled bottom-line profit and achieved the highest global employee engagement scores.

He has worked with senior leaders across a wide variety of industries, including energy, finance, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and private equity. Stuart holds a Law degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Nottingham University. He is a CIMA-qualified accountant and is accredited in various coaching and psychometric tools, including EQi, Insights, and Leadership Circle360.
