In leading LSP I see more clearly than ever, the necessity to work with leaders and their organisations to bring about an accelerated transition towards a regenerative enterprise, ecology and society. We are at a critical juncture and we have a choice. My observations are that people, and organisations, are in the main, slow to recognise the current imperatives we face, namely climate emergency and biodiversity loss. We are also slow to see the commercial and personal opportunities that our transition to a regenerative economy can bring.

I see leaders and leadership as a critical lever in this equation. This is why I lead the LSP Group, a global advisory, coaching and leadership development practice. We work with leaders at all levels to increase their capacity, conviction and courage to lead the transition.

As a coach my approach is intuitive, challenging, and deeply caring for you and what you are seeking to achieve. I coach in multinational organisations (multi sector), SMEs and with individual leaders in transition. I am also a coaching supervisor. 

In LSP, I am most proud of our long-standing partnerships we have with our clients, and the level of ambition that is achievable through trust and challenge. 

Prior to LSP Leadership I served in the British Army, leading on operations and training in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. I am a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIOD), with a Diploma in Company Direction, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto and a Practitioner of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA). I am an ESQA qualified coaching supervisor (COCMS).
