Sara Coaley is a coach and facilitator with a passion for improving people’s working lives and overall well-being. Her coaching and facilitation approach is creative, drawing from psychology, behavioural science, literature, and even music. With nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Sara has partnered with senior leaders and directors to design high-impact, blended learning programmes. She is highly organised and skilled at building rapport through empathy, listening, and humour, creating a supportive environment for her clients.

Sara’s business background includes leadership roles in talent development and HR, where she led restructuring projects across EMEA and managed her own team. Since founding her own company in 2015, Sara has worked across various sectors, delivering leadership development programmes and coaching leaders from first-line managers to senior directors. Her work has spanned sectors such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, and education, with a focus on change management, behaviour change, and coaching for enhanced performance.​

Her coaching expertise includes change management, coaching skills for leaders, mentoring programmes, leadership for women, and working across cultures. Sara also brings her passion for environmental sustainability into her work, making changes in her own life to reduce her carbon footprint and encouraging others to do the same.​

Sara holds a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (CIPD), and certifications in coaching and psychometrics, including Strengthscope and Myers-Briggs. She is an EMCC Senior Practitioner and is pursuing a Master’s in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck University.​
