Sally Domingo-Jones is an empathetic leader and coach with over 20 years of experience in communications and senior management. She is passionate about using a strengths-based approach to help individuals and teams thrive, fostering environments where people can show up as their authentic selves and achieve success. Sally’s focus on positive psychology and her ability to build deep connections allow her clients to unlock their potential and improve performance.
With an extensive background in corporate communications, Sally has led accounts for major blue-chip companies such as British Airways, P&G, and DHL, as well as several UK government departments. She has also served as Head of Communications for City & Guilds, where she supported organisational change, re-launched the brand, and transitioned the organisation to a hybrid communications model during the pandemic. Since retraining as a coach in 2018, Sally has worked with leaders across the UK, EMEA, US, and Asia Pacific, supporting them through leadership transitions and development.
Sally’s expertise includes leadership presence, authentic leadership, strengths-based leadership coaching, emotional intelligence, team coaching, and communication skills. She has delivered leadership development training, team coaching, and strengths-based workshops to a diverse range of clients, from first-time managers to senior executives.
Sally holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Birmingham and is certified as a Gallup Global Strengths Coach. She also holds a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Catalyst14 and is accredited at the EMCC Practitioner level. Sally is skilled in facilitating both face-to-face and remote sessions, using a variety of tools to help clients approach challenges from new perspectives.
