With a successful international career in senior director roles within the software technology and telecommunications industries, Richard has led businesses through periods of significant change. He was responsible for developing British Telecom’s European strategy and led the acquisition and merger of telecoms businesses across Europe. His diverse background also includes experience as an officer in the British Army, as well as leadership roles in the charity sector and in running a small business.

His coaching is grounded in psychological models and business strategies, helping clients develop deep insights, make meaningful improvements, and align their leadership approach with their organisation's needs. Richard holds an Advanced Coaching qualification from the Academy of Executive Coaching, is a qualified coach supervisor, and has a Diploma in Humanistic Psychology from the University of Surrey. He is also certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (ECM).
