Oksana Staniszewska is a senior executive coach and consultant with over 15 years of experience in leadership and HR across 20+countries, including Europe, Russia, and China. Known for her ability to unlock human potential, Oksana has extensive expertise in strategic HR management, leadership development, talent management systems, and organisational design. She is passionate about helping leaders and teams reach their full potential through coaching and mentoring.

Throughout her career, Oksana has held several key leadership positions, including Chief People Officer at AmRest, a global independent restaurant operator running brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, and Starbucks. She has also served as COO and CAO in various industries, bringing strategic insights into her coaching practice. Oksana’s vast business experience includes managing talent, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and leading complex M&A integrations.

Oksana’s coaching and consultancy work focuses on leadership development, high-potential assessment, team coaching, and HR digital transformation. She has developed internal universities and leadership programmes with MBA-level curricula for senior leaders. Oksana has successfully coached leaders in major companies such as AmRest, Pepsi, Orange, and PSI Startups, helping them improve executive effectiveness, resilience, and overall leadership impact.
