With over 30 years of experience across industries such as BFSI, IT, healthcare, and manufacturing, she has worked globally in markets including India, the UK, the US, APAC, and the UAE.
Mridula specialises in leadership growth programmes, results coaching, DEI sensitisation, and women in leadership. Her deep experience includes leading business transitions, business strategy sessions for CXO leaders, and designing and delivering workshops globally. She is also a trustee on the board of Educait, an NGO supporting education for underprivileged children.
