With a professional background as a clinical pharmacist and senior leader in healthcare, Maureen transitioned into learning and development, working as an embedded coach and trainer for a not-for-profit organisation in Australia. Currently based in the UK, she specialises in performance management, vision and strategy development, team leadership, and career development.

Maureen is an expert in cultural transformation and the adoption of transformative capabilities across workforces. She helps bridge the gap between individual and organisational expectations, empowering leaders and teams to align their strengths, talents, and values with organisational needs. Maureen holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and is an EMCC Accredited Coach Practitioner. She is a licensed Strengthscope Practitioner, qualified to BPS Psychometric Testing Levels A and B, and Saville Consulting Aptitude and Wave Assessments. Maureen is also a registered member of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP).
