Marcia Veras is a highly experienced coach, facilitator, and consultant with over 30 years of corporate experience, including 15 years dedicated to coaching and leadership development. She serves as a thinking partner and co-creator of the future for individuals and organisations, integrating strategic insights with a compassionate, people-centric approach. Marcia is committed to fostering growth, engagement, and exceptional results within the organisations she supports.
Marcia’s career has spanned various roles in consulting, HR, business, and legal functions across diverse industries, including technology, consumer goods, industrial, banking, and entertainment. Her international career includes expatriate assignments in the United States and Argentina. After starting her career as an attorney at Monsanto, she transitioned to Human Resources, where she held leadership roles such as Sales Manager for soybean seeds and HR Manager at Monsanto’s headquarters in the US. She later became HR Director for Loma Negra CIASA in Argentina, before joining Korn/Ferry International as a Senior Associate in Leadership & Talent Consulting.
Specialising in executive coaching, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and strategic facilitation, Marcia works with senior leaders across the globe. Her expertise includes helping leaders navigate transitions, develop executive presence, and build resilient, high-performing teams. She has delivered workshops and coaching in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with clients spanning multiple sectors.
Marcia holds a Law degree from Pontifícia Universida de Católica, a Human Resources MBA from FIA Business School, and certifications in coaching and leadership development, including Non-Violent Communication and MBTI accreditation. She is currently working toward ICF certification and completing Somatic Experiencing training.
