She is known for creating deep trust with her clients, combining transparency and consistency with challenging conversations to drive meaningful and sustainable development.
With over 30 years of experience in people and organisational development, Lisa's career began with leading a team at the age of 19 in the financial services sector, working with Lloyds, Clerical Medical, and later Halifax Bank of Scotland across Europe. She then transitioned to a global development consultancy, where she managed major pharmaceutical accounts and developed global leadership programmes.
Lisa’s expertise lies in leadership development, executive coaching, and transforming teams. She has a strong track record of coaching through change, having led a thriving global executive coaching practice and worked with clients across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Lisa’s work includes systemic perspectives on leadership, change management, and resilience.
Lisa holds a BA (Hons) in Humanities with Literature from the Open University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She is certified in a range of coaching, psychometric, and leadership development tools, including MBTI and Hogan assessments.
