Before transitioning to a career in consulting, Julie held senior positions within Barclays Bank and British Airways, where she gained her expertise in corporate lending, risk management, sales, and operations. Julie’s prior roles provided a solid foundation in managing clients, risk, large-scale projects and complex organisational structures; skills she leverages in her current role to implement impactful learning solutions that align with the aims of her clients.

Also in leading a global transitions programme for approximately 500 leaders in Financial Services. Leading and co designing a successful global coaching skills for managers programme in a Pharmaceutical. She has also been responsible for the launch and successful roll out of several other global programmes in multiple sectors.
Julie is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, holding degree-level qualifications in accounting, economics, and legal studies. She is certified in Coaching Skills through Coaching Development, with over 1,000 hours of coaching experience. Additionally, she holds qualifications in MBTI, DiSC, Psychometric Testing Levels 1 and 2,SHL Levels I & II, and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner.
