Julia Zhu is a dynamic and experienced OD Consultant, Pedagogical Designer, and Learning Coach with over 20 years in corporate environments and more than 13 years in organisational development consultancy. Passionate about creating conducive learning environments, Julia excels at fostering both personal and professional growth. She specialises in leadership development, team dynamics, and psychological safety, using a holistic approach that integrates Western frameworks with ancient wisdom.

Julia’s professional journey includes roles in Business Development, Accounting, Auditing, Supply Chain Management ,and Risk Management, with a primary focus on Organisational Development. Her deep cross-cultural expertise and diverse international experience enable her to deliver impactful learning experiences, helping individuals and teams enhance their potential and sustain meaningful change. She is known for creating “Just in Time” learning experiences that align concrete tasks with personal and leadership development goals.

As one of China’s earliest ICF Certified Coaches, Julia has been providing personal, leadership, and team coaching across the Asia Pacific region since 2002. Her coaching has supported leaders through transitions, leadership development, and performance improvement, empowering them to take charge of their development and achieve lasting impact.

Julia holds an MBA, is a PCC with the ICF, and is certified in multiple coaching and assessment tools, including NLP, Strength scope, HBDI, and the Leadership Development Profile (LDP). She is also an INSEAD Leadership Development Coach, UNDP Leadership Facilitator, and a Mindfulness Coach.
