She is one of the few Certified Dare to Lead Facilitators™ based on Dr. Brené Brown’s renowned research into courage, vulnerability, and trust. Julia specialises in working with organisations committed to developing their people, guiding them through complexities of change, cultural dynamics, and relational team dynamics.

With over 12 years as a people change management consultant and communications strategist, Julia has held leadership roles in companies such as Goldman Sachs and TBWA\Magna Carta. She has worked with clients across multiple sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and media. Julia’s international experience extends to delivering coaching and leadership programmes across Southern Africa and Europe.​

Julia’s areas of expertise include high-performance team development, leadership coaching, and conflict resolution. Her coaching programmes are designed to be engaging and transformative, combining head, heart, and action to drive meaningful change. She focuses on developing courage, resilience, and communication skills in individuals and teams, helping them navigate personal and professional transitions.​

Julia holds certifications in Integral Coaching®, Leadership Embodiment, and the Enneagram. She is a senior member of the Enneagram in Business Network (USA) and has extensive experience leading coaching initiatives in South Africa, Botswana, and other regions across Africa.
