With over 20 years of global experience spanning sectors, Jenn has designed and delivered transformative learning programmes that inspire participants to experiment with new skills and behaviours, driving personal and professional growth. Known for her collaborative and strategic approach, Jenn excels in working in close partnership with clients to create tailored, impactful learning interventions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Jenn began her career with the Commonwealth Government of Australia, where she developed and delivered education, training, procurement and indigenous employment programmes. In 2013, she moved to Oxford University Press (OUP) at the University of Oxford, where she held diverse roles across operations, project management, product development, procurement, technology, marketing and HR. Her tenure at OUP was marked by her innovative leadership and expertise in managing complex global projects. As Head of Learning and Development, Jenn led the design and implementation of OUP’s global People Strategy, delivering consistent, impactful learning experiences across 52 locations worldwide.
Jenn later founded her own consultancy, where she focused on developing and delivering AI programmes, leadership development and manager capability-building across the publishing, education, logistics and not for profit sectors. This diverse sector experience has equipped her with a holistic understanding of different organisational contexts and challenges.
