Jeanette is an experienced coach who has worked in banking, financial services, logistics, retail, and hospitality sectors, living and working in South Africa, Singapore, and now Germany. Since obtaining her international coaching certification in 2015, she has coached senior executives across various countries and regions, helping them achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Jeanette held a senior director role for eight years, where she was responsible for designing and launching a sales training suite for 7,000 sales professionals across 220 countries. Her extensive experience includes global business partner and supplier management, as well as leadership in diverse international markets.

Jeanette's expertise lies in the design and facilitation of leadership, coaching, and sales curriculum for executives and senior management, with a global reach across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. She has conducted over 5,000 hours of facilitation for sales leaders and executives in 47 countries.

Jeanette co-founded LeadTogether, an organisation focused on hosting events for leaders to develop their skills and grow professionally. She is also a regular speaker at leadership events, with additional expertise in digital learning design and implementation, sales, negotiation, business development, and recruitment and onboarding, including Master Facilitator certification.
