Jackie Neilson is a retired pharmaceutical executive and leadership coach who is passionate about helping others reach their full potential. Jackie has 35 years of experience at Merck & Co., where she held executive roles, including Vice President for the US Western Business Group, VP for US Strategy and Commercial Model Innovation, and Global VP for the Women’s Health Franchise. Before retiring, she served as VP and General Manager for the Global HIV Franchise, overseeing a $3B P&L. Her experience across various pharmaceutical research and commercial functions gives her a deep understanding of business leadership and strategic growth.
As a coach, Jackie has worked with hundreds of individuals and teams across sectors, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and consumer goods. She specialises in supporting female executives, female executives of colour, and leadership transitions. Her recent clients include BMS, Roche, and Cytokinetics, and she is also a sought-after mentor at CSweetner, a platform for women in life sciences.
Jackie holds a BS and MBA and is certified at the PCC level with the ICF. She continues to expand her multicultural experience through coaching across global markets, having previously worked extensively in China, Argentina, and the UK.
