Hyacinth’s coaching style is centred on ensuring participants feel seen, heard, and valued, fostering an inclusive environment where diverse voices are encouraged to contribute. She is renowned for her ability to co-create solutions with clients, celebrating successes while challenging them to improve performance and achieve stretching outcomes.
With extensive experience working with senior executives and staff at different levels, Hyacinth has developed a reputation for her passion for leadership development, DEI initiatives, and action learning sets. She has co-authored two books on resilience, written during the pandemic, and has delivered impactful programmes in leadership, DEI, and personal development for a range of organisations, including Barclays, the Civil Service, and Bristol University.
Hyacinth specialises in leadership and management development, facilitation of action learning sets, and coaching individuals to overcome challenges such as imposter syndrome and navigating workplace bullying and harassment. She has worked extensively across cultures, helping to embed allyship programmes and delivering talent programmes for minoritised individuals and aspiring leaders.
Hyacinth holds an MA in Social Policy and Administration, is a Master Practitioner of NLP, and is certified in DISC assessment, equality and diversity, and mental health awareness.
