With over 25 years of international business experience, Eva has led a sophisticated corporate coaching practice within a FTSE 100 firm. She has a strong background in HR management across FMCG, banking, and pharmaceuticals, where she developed authentic leadership, built high-performing teams, and cultivated diverse talent pipelines.​

Eva’s expertise lies in building coaching cultures and capabilities within organisations, focusing on inclusive leadership and sustainability. She has designed and delivered global talent and leadership development programs and coached senior leaders and teams across various industries, fostering resilience, creativity, and collective performance.​

Eva holds an MSc in Team and Executive Coaching, a Postgraduate Diploma in OD and Coaching Supervision, and is an accredited executive coach with Ashridge and the ICF (PCC). She is also certified in a variety of psychometric tools, including Hogan, NEO, and EQ profiles, and has specialised training in the neuroscience of change.​
