Eddie has a diverse background, working across industries such as collegiate athletics, technology, life sciences, and financial services. He has led career development initiatives for a telecommunications company of over 5,000 employees, resulting in increased employee engagement and management confidence. His expertise extends to conflict resolution, organisational development, and leadership facilitation.​

Eddie is particularly skilled in working on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, using a data-driven approach to create impactful programs that foster inclusivity and belonging. He has designed and delivered change management training and new manager programs, helping organisations adapt and thrive in evolving environments. His recent clients include Sony Latin America, Barclays, and Viasat, among others.​

Eddie holds a Master of Science in Organisational Leadership and is certified in SLII and Positive Intelligence.
