He has lived in France, Belgium, and now Singapore, where he continues to develop his work across Southeast Asia. Don’s career began in retailing with Marks & Spencer, where he held senior leadership roles in France, Spain, Belgium, and Ireland.
Don specialises in leadership development, coaching senior executives through major transitions, and improving personal impact in multicultural environments. His expertise includes leadership coaching, team coaching, and action learning. He has successfully delivered high-impact coaching and training programmes for global companies such as Barclays, Total, Société Générale, and Pullman Hotels.
Don is a certified Executive Coach from Transformance in France and an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also accredited in psychometric tools such as MBTI and DiSC, which he uses to enhance personal development and leadership effectiveness.
