With over 20 years of experience in international corporate HR, Cherry has held significant roles across Europe, the USA, Asia, and Africa. She has worked with a wide variety of industries, including banking, pharmaceuticals, high-tech, construction, and NGOs. Her most recent corporate role was with a global computer manufacturer, where she was recognised as an ‘Exemplary Leader for Europe’ for embodying company values and demonstrating humanity in her leadership.
Cherry’s expertise includes leadership development, management coaching, and team facilitation, both face-to-face and virtually. She designs and delivers bespoke development programmes for senior executives and has a particular focus on helping leaders navigate complex and multicultural environments. Her clients value her ability to help them build resilience, improve performance, and lead with confidence.
Cherry holds an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She has additional qualifications, including an Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring (Merit) from Oxford Brookes University, and is certified in several psychometric tools such as MBTI, DiSC, and SDI.
