Caroline is an executive coach and facilitator with over 15 years of experience, specialising in leadership presence, storytelling, and team development. She works with leaders and their teams to enhance performance, culture, and communication. Caroline helps leaders combine clarity and insight with creativity and empathy, coaching them to articulate their thinking and bring their purpose and values to life in memorable ways.
With a background as an award-winning theatre director and script producer, Caroline has built high-performing teams in the fast-paced creative industries. She has worked with large organisations such as the BBC, where she was Series Script Editor on EastEnders and Script Development Consultant on Holby City. Caroline also co-founded a drama arm at RDF Media and directed successful productions at The Royal Court and Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh, where she was the youngest female director to break box-office records.
Caroline’s expertise includes leadership development, storytelling, team facilitation, and coaching women leaders. She helps leaders build presence, foster resilience, and manage transitions, guiding them to lead with authenticity and strategic focus. Caroline also coaches on resilient leadership, supporting leaders in managing energy and mental fitness to maintain high performance.
Caroline holds an MA in Drama and Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway University and a BA in English Literature from King’s College London (1st Class Honours). She is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and has completed extensive training in systems change, facilitation, and leadership.
