Caroline is an executive coach and group facilitator with over 20 years of experience in leadership development and team dynamics within multicultural and multinational corporate environments. She specialises in fostering behavioural change by awakening self-awareness and creating psychological safety, allowing leaders to explore challenges and move to the next stage of their development. Caroline helps leaders align their personal vision with their organisation's goals, supporting cultural transformation and growth.
From 2011 to 2019, Caroline was the Coaching Talent Manager for Europe and the Middle East at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where she was responsible for the development and management of CCL’s coach community. During this time, she coached senior leaders and facilitated leadership development programmes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She also provided mentoring and supervision to both new and seasoned coaches.
Caroline’s expertise includes leadership transitions, women’s leadership, DEI, emotional intelligence, and values-based leadership. Her work spans a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, technology, and pharma, supporting clients through leadership transitions and change management. She has a particular focus on authentic leadership and servant leadership, helping clients achieve personal and organisational transformation.
Caroline holds a B.A. in Psychology from McGill University, an MSc in Clinical Psychology, and an MA in Applied Psychology. She is certified in several coaching and psychometric tools, including MBTI, Hogan, and the CCL 360° suite. She is also an accredited Coaching Supervisor with the EMCC.
