She is passionate about working with diverse cultures and guiding others through their personal and professional growth journeys.
With a background in corporate learning, Bipasha started her career as a learning manager at Hyatt Hotels and Taj Group of Hotels in India, leading corporate training initiatives. In 2008, she transitioned into consulting and has since worked extensively in leadership development and management capability transformation, creating impactful learning experiences for leaders and teams across various sectors.
Bipasha specialises in business communications, change management, diversity and inclusion, and building resilience. Her work spans multiple geographies, particularly in Asia, where she collaborates with leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a virtual facilitator, she has led learning programmes for leaders globally, enabling them to navigate complex challenges while fostering inclusive environments.
Bipasha holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Arts from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University, and is a certified leadership coach (ICF accredited). She is also certified in Emotional Intelligence (ECR & ECR 360) and several assessment tools, including MBTI and DISC.
