Ben is a performance coach who works with leaders, teams, and individuals in high-pressure international environments. He is known for his empathetic yet challenging approach, helping clients transition from good to great performance. With his experience in performance psychology, he combines leadership coaching with health, wellbeing, and resilience to foster sustained high performance.​

Ben has over 25 years of experience as a leadership and team coach. His background includes leading high-performing teams as an officer in the British Parachute Regiment and serving as a Country Director for an NGO in Zimbabwe and Uganda. Ben has worked globally with senior leaders and teams, designing leadership and team development programmes that drive meaningful organisational change.​

Ben specialises in performance coaching, leadership development, and building resilient teams. His coaching integrates psychological insights with physical wellbeing, enabling leaders to optimise their health, energy, and performance. Ben has worked with clients across sectors, including global pharmaceutical companies, NGOs, and international businesses, providing expert guidance on how to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.​

Ben holds an MA in Psychological Coaching and is an accredited Master Executive Coach (APECs), a Hintsa Performance Coach, and a qualified coach supervisor. He is also training as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and is studying a PGCert in Clinical Nutrition.​
