Her extensive experience covers navigating business turnaround, rapid growth, and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked with senior leaders and leadership teams in large global organisations, as well as with scale-ups and entrepreneurs, helping them achieve transformational growth and effective leadership.

Angela specialises in coaching female leaders, fostering DEI, navigating change leadership, and building emotional intelligence and resilience. She is particularly skilled at leading teams through VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) environments, developing strategic agility, and coaching teams to achieve greater collaboration and personal leadership.

Angela holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School and is certified at the Senior Practitioner level by the EMCC. She is also qualified in several leadership assessment tools, including Hogan’s Leadership Suite and MBTI Step II.
