As Group Value Officer, I combine expertise across risk, legal, financial and other business disciplines with a deep commitment to sustainable growth and purpose-led leadership.

My career began in conservation and sustainability, ultimately bringing me to the UK, where I served as a government advisor.

I’ve had the privilege of starting, owning, and leading successful businesses alongside coaching elite athletes at high-performance levels. I take huge pride in the achievements of teams I work with, and taking ownership is a cornerstone of my approach. As a lifelong learner, I continuously build on my skills and insights to better serve and collaborate with colleagues and client organisations, helping them tackle today’s real and urgent challenges and empowering them to become true agents of positive change.

In my role, I focus on leading our functional teams and embedding operational best practices to better serve our global client base. In addition, I support our journey to regenerative practices, including accounting using sustainable finance principles, and bring this into the core of our business. I strongly believe in aligning profitability with purpose and giving back more than we take. This approach reflects my conviction that leadership is about creating enduring value—for organisations and for the world around us.
